  • We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates. International shipping may be available upon request. Please contact us at contactus@happyfeet.ae for more information.

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days after confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable). You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on your location, the weight of your package, and the shipping method selected at checkout. Free shipping may be available for certain orders or promotions.

  • If your order has not been shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible at contactus@happyfeet.ae. If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot modify the shipping address.

  • No Takebacks (Unless We Messed Up)
    At Happy Feet, we believe every pair is a perfect match. That’s why all sales are final — No returns, no exchanges... unless something went horribly wrong on our end.

    We’ll happily take them back only if:

    They arrive damaged

    Or they have a defect that’s just not cool

    To qualify, just reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo and proof of the issue — and we’ll sort it quicker than you can say “sock catastrophe.”

    Due to hygiene (and because your toes are uniquely yours), we do not accept returns for sizing, color preference, or change of heart.

  • For hygiene reasons, socks that have been worn or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on custom or personalized socks, sale items, or gift cards.

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contactus@happyfeet.ae, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, you’ll receive a refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. If it takes longer than 15 business days, please contact us.
