Welcome to Happy Feet! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and any services provided by Happy Feet ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, we kindly ask you not to use our website or services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Happy Feet, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- You’ll use our website and services in line with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Use of the Website
We want Happy Feet to be a positive experience for everyone. So, by using our site, you agree not to:
- Engage in any unlawful or harmful activity.
- Try to harm, hack, or disrupt our site in any way.
- Copy, resell, or exploit any part of our site or its content without written permission.
3. Product Information
We do our best to keep all product info, prices, and availability accurate and up to date. However:
- Mistakes can happen (we’re human too!). We reserve the right to correct errors if they appear.
- Prices may change without notice, but don’t worry—confirmed orders won't be affected.
4. Orders & Payments
When you shop with us, you agree to:
- Provide complete and accurate order and payment information.
- Ensure your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds.
- Pay for your purchase, including applicable taxes and delivery charges.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. However, this does not guarantee product availability. We may cancel or adjust your order if necessary (we’ll notify you if that happens).
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship across the UAE. Our delivery time is typically 2–4 business days.
- Please double check your delivery address at checkout—mistakes can cause delays.
- Once your order is with the courier, Happy Feet is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
6. Exchange & Returns
🧦 No Takebacks (Unless We Messed Up)
At Happy Feet, we believe every pair is a perfect match. That’s why all sales are final — No returns, no exchanges... unless something went horribly wrong on our end.
We’ll happily take them back only if:
They arrive damaged
Or they have a defect that’s just not cool
To qualify, just reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo and proof of the issue — and we’ll sort it quicker than you can say “sock catastrophe.”
💡 Due to hygiene (and because your toes are uniquely yours), we do not accept returns for sizing, color preference, or change of heart.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Happy Feet website, including images, logos, and text, is owned by Happy Feet or our partners and protected by law. Please don’t use, copy, or share it without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
- Happy Feet will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the website or our products.
- We're not liable for issues beyond our control (like natural disasters, shipping delays, or internet outages).
9. Indemnification
You agree to hold Happy Feet, our team, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, or legal fees arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement on the rights of others.
10. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes take effect as soon as they’re posted on our website. Continued use of Happy Feet after updates means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Dubai.
